Judith March an exciting, new Summer 2011 collection of contemporary clothing featured at The AmericasMart Atlanta Apparel, Mar. 31 - Apr. 4, 2011
Judith March, a unique and distinctive clothing line created by owner/designer Stephanie Nichols, has gained tremendous success in just on short year. The company name is lovingly derived from Nichols' mother, Judith Carter, and her mother-in-law, March Nichols. These two women have played a very important role in the designer's life as they have given her confidence to trust her keen design intuition and savvy business sense. After years of dreaming, Nichols relishes in the success of being able to bring her talent and ideas to life on a daily basis . Whether it is a vintage blanket hanging on a clothing line or the brass instrument of a jazz musician, Stephanie Nichols finds inspiration in everything that surrounds her.
Silva/Bradshaw introduces two new lines of simple, contemporary jewelry "Numbers" and "Tools"
Numbers, the larger of the two collections consists of rings and pendants with geometries all based upon one simple shape- the circle. The designers intersected, twisted, and chopped differently proportioned circular profiles to produce forms that are "simple, but not simplistic". The pieces range from the delicate- dare we say, ‘cute' in Cirkel, to the bold in Sfero- a piece that has three independently sized ring holes, allowing it to appear differently in many different orientations.

Launching Apropos - A Lifestyle Line
As a toddler Anna Shemin played with colorful balls of yarn in her mother's wool shop in Tunbridge Wells, England. Raised in a culture that has long honored sweaters (or jumpers as the British call them) who would have thought that such childhood play would eventually manifest as an elegant line of knits focusing on sweaters and soft dressing.
Like an artist creating brushstrokes on a canvas this tasteful line will clothe the discerning woman in comfort and style. In 1975 Anna learned backstrap weaving in a remote village at 14,000 feet in the Bolivian Andes. Since then she has continued to develop her connections with South American and Asian knitters and weavers. Working together with her talented design team at Nomadic Traders, her journey has culminated in Apropos, an adventure in clothing that looks and feels just right.
Try it and you'll never look back.

Pure HANDKNIT for fall 2011 has captured the enduring elegance of past successes while balancing it with a lot of evolutionary newness - Visit our full collection at AmericasMart Atlanta Apparel, Mar. 31 - Apr. 4, 2011
Pure HANDKNIT for fall 2011 has captured the enduring elegance of past successes while balancing it with a lot of evolutionary newness. There are singleknit yarns, chunky yarns, plated yarns, flattering styles and some very commercial pieces.
The highly successful 'dayshine' looks from spring 2011 have evolved into a package of fabulous 'sophisticated luxe' pieces. The gentle weaving of the silver and gold lurex yarns into handlooms as well as chunkier handknits is truly exquisite and brings a subtle glitz to one of the groupings.
Timelines is a grouping of signature styles with proven retailing history. These classic, timeless pieces offer traditional and "new to Pure" retailers money in the bank.
Other trends evident in the collection include military inspirations reworked into more subtle versions than past seasons with only a 'tipping of the hat' to the trend. Chunky cables create a cozy cocooning feeling with sensory knits. Plated yarns, asymmetrical lines and exposed seams evidence the European influence as this line goes worldwide. Longer tunics continue to balance the skinny leg trend.

I wanted to design a collection that could grow and evolve with the person wearing it-something that could express what they are feeling throughout their many walks in life."
